Step 1 - How to buy
Start your shopping by selecting an area - for example, “Equipment”,
"Cookbooks" or "Accessories". You also have the option to choose “Overview”
and view all items.
Step 2 - Your Shopping Cart
If you want to add an item to your shopping cart, click on the orange button "Add to cart". For changes please click “Checkout” in the top right green "Shopping Cart" box. From here you can delete items or change the quantity.
Step 3 - Log in or register
Step 4 - Order Summary
Please check your order thoroughly. The data you enter can be found on the top right under "Your Details". You have the opportunity to correct the data. To do this, click "Change".
Step 5 - Billing address
After checking you are happy with the items selected, click “Checkout”. You will be asked for your billing address. Please click “Save”.
Step 6 - Delivery address
You can now enter a different delivery address to the billing address, or choose to use the same address for both. Once completed please click “Next”.
Step 7 – Packing & Delivery
The following rates for packing and delivery currently apply:
Total order £5 or less = £2.95
Total order £20 or less = £3.95
Total order more than £20 and up to £80 = £6.95
Total order more than £80 = No charge
We also have an express delivery option available on all items for next business day delivery. Orders must be placed before 12pm, and is charged at £9.95.
You must agree to the terms of service at this point, then click “Next”
Step 8 – Delivery and Payment
Credit/Debit card payments can be made via Sage Pay. Your items will be dispatched within one business day and you will receive them within 3-5 business days after you have placed the order. Please see below for a faster delivery service.
Express Delivery Option:
For customers who are in a hurry, we offer an express delivery option charged at £9.95. Orders must be placed before 12pm for next business day delivery. This service is provided by DPD Express parcel delivery. All items sent using this service must be signed for. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, DPD will take the parcel back to their sorting depot and attempt to deliver on the following business day. A calling card will be left in this case. As this service is provided by DPD Express parcel delivery, Thermomix has no control over the parcel once it has left our warehouse.
Step 9 - Your order confirmation
After your order is placed, we will send you an order summary and confirmation via email. Please be sure to save this document and keep it for your records. The summary is not stored by us and cannot be accessed after completing the ordering process.
